Sylhet Agricultural University celebrated Martyred Intellectuals Day with respect and love.  On this occasion, lights were lit at the Central Shaheed Minar of Sylhet Agricultural University on the evening of the 14th to pay homage to the best children of the nation.  At the initiative of Sylhet Agricultural University Film Society, the central Shaheed Minar was illuminated by the soft light of a candle.  Speaking in memory of the martyrs, Sylhet Agricultural University Student Counseling and Guidance Director Prof.  Md. Matiar Rahman Hawladar, Proctor Prof.  Mrityunjaya Bishwas.

 Among the teachers who spoke were Rahul Bhattacharya, Ajay Kumar Saha, Devarshi Bhattacharya Arjun and Dr. Shamim Mollah, President of Sylhet Agricultural University Branch of Progressive Students Organization Bangladesh Chhatra League, Dr. Hrithik Dev Apu, General Secretary, Kajal Islam, President of Sylhet Agricultural University Film Parliament and General Secretary Khaled Rahman  Rabbi.

 Shariful Islam Surya, Chief Director of Sylhet Agricultural University Film Society was present on the occasion.  The Sylhet Agricultural University branch of Bangladesh Chhatra League was in collaboration with the organization to pay homage.
